Current: Bali, Ubud. #1

Oh Bali, don't know where to start.. our deep love affair started couples months ago when we first flew here from gigantic Singapore airport. I guess i knew even before that i'm gonna really love this place, you know all that "eat pray love" movie fantasy was playing in my mind, for Ashley i guess was completely different, he had no idea what to expect from this trip. Only beach life i guess. And we definitely have found that, but not just that..
Bali instantly became a place so so close to our hearts, i believe you either click with new surroundings straight away, or you don't (of course exceptions are everywhere). Luckily we did. We have already seen quite a big part of Bali: Seminyak, Kuta, Uluwatu, Sanur, Ccangu and all the in between  touristy places, which we going to get back to in next posts. Currently we are in Ubud- for us maybe the heart of Bali. Cozy, traditional, colorful, spiritual, friendly town. We were quite lucky to find cheap and very pretty accommodation to stay (Puji Bangalow's). It's close to the city, but also out from all the noises. We live in cutest bangalow with amazing porch where every morning we eat our breakfast and have a small "reading club". Little perfection to be honest.
We have already managed to see quite a bit of Ubud and some closest places to it. First small road trip we took to Tegenungan waterfall. It took us only 20 minutes from the city, road was very pretty itself with beautiful palm trees leading us to the destination. Waterfall was amazing. Surrounded by so much greenery, whole time we could not understand how people were moaning on tripadvisor saying that waterfall is nothing special. It's brilliant. We made our way down (small workout never killed nobody) and had a nice time taking all it's beauty in from up close. I guess we are nature kids, anywhere where it's so much green colour, so much life, we just absolutely love it.
Here are some photo's from our small adventure.
